Our favourite hotel in Bielsko-Biala, staff was FANTASTIC. Wonderful reception. Fortunately, free WiFi was available.

Planned to see Bielsko-Biala major attractions and it was decent base for visiting all of them. Located 5 minutes' walk of the bus station...
